Dreams of Every Lady!
Background
It is every Lady's ideal and dream to be skinny. As I was the same tall and skinny who was heavily active in sports. I am a 172cm tall girl by the time I was 14 I am was already in my 170cm height. But due to my height, I was always mock by relatives and friends as name-callings such as Gorilla, king kong or even “Big size” was sent toward me and my brother. I was 172-173cm weighing 73kg and honestly, that is not so bad. But I keep getting comments hurling my way which made me gave up completely.
I was highly active before I went on to my secondary school life. I was swimming, cycling, training in martial arts, basketball, short-put, badminton. These are the sports I would do to keep myself occupied however when I got older the number of activities decreases but the food intake remains equally high that lead to the out of control weight gain.
Fast track to now I have gain 20KG since then and had a hard time getting rid of this crazy weight.
So now here I am in my 30s trying to lose weight and it is hard especially I had to stop doing sports for a very long time.
Some other background information, I had a torn ACL and having an IUD place in me to prevent any possibility of cancer. So now I have decided I should do something about my weight to help me be healthy, happier and more confident.
Current Plans!
I did a small spin before I started this blog, I managed to lose 0.7KG in 2 weeks by just controlling and changing my meals with some form of working out. And soon after I stop and the weight came back on again.
Then I did a 4 weeks trial where I walk 10k steps each day and replace 1 meal with a no rice diet. And at the end of the 1 month, I lost 2kg.
The purpose of my blog is to share my journey on how I get from here at 94kg to my ideal goal of 73kg first before stretching further to 67 kg. So there is no hard and fast way to lose weight but I am going to share my journey. And hope my post can help someone out there never to give up. If we keep trying, we will get there.
The activities I do, the meals I eat and the weight after 1 week / 2 weeks.
In my post, it will work as my food log, exercise log, food recipe etc. So, I could hold myself accountable and who knows I might inspire you to make small changes in your life to create the life you want.
Cheers, and stay safe.
